The reception desk was often unattended, causing delays. I struggled with an old-fashioned door knob that made exiting difficult. Additionally, the courtyard lights kept my room too bright at night, impacting my sleep quality.

Suites Pandora features a fantastic location just around the corner from the harbor, providing great views from the rooms. The rooftop breakfast is especially delightful, offering a picturesque view of the harbor while enjoying a delicious meal. The staff demonstrated exceptional accommodation by assisting with luggage transfer and providing valuable local tips during our stay.

Parking can be challenging.

I had an amazing time here, thanks to the stunning views from my room and the charming rooftop breakfast area that offered a great perspective of the harbor. The room was well-equipped with essentials—including a kitchenette—and kept spotless every day. Plus, I loved being just a short stroll from the bustling center of Chania, making it easy to explore all the shops and eateries nearby. One thing to note is that noise from nearby nightlife could be a bit disruptive if you're sensitive to sound.

We had a suite with garden view and it was awesome! Spacious rooms with high ceilings made it super comfy. The best part? The rooftop breakfast view over the harbor was just breathtaking. George at the front desk was a lifesaver, helping us park and giving great local tips. But, parking was a bit of a hassle and we had to find street spots late at night. Overall, the room vibe was lovely, just a couple of little bumps with parking to note.
